This outfit advertises on ebay, I have not used them myself; ecuexpress@yahoo.co.uk 01782541757. Let us know how you get on, best of luck.
The few I've seen have been -BE, -BK and so on. Never seen any starting -A
Probably OK but DO NOT just plug it in!!
You need someone who knows how to save the essential car data and then program it into the replacement PCM. They also must have the special J2534-compatible or jag-specific tool plus know in detail how to use it.
Find that person as a matter of real urgency. Anyone who messes without being expert will likely leave you with a car in anti-theft lockout.
Here's what a guy with experience and the tools managed eventually to do: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s-type-s-type-r-supercharged-v8-15/unresponsive-ecm-2003-s-type-4-2l-s-c-fixed-67541/
Your car has essentially the same PCM but with its own unique data (VID block etc).
