Default Supercharger rebuild kit

Any links to company that offer bearings, seals, gaskets, and other minor supercharger items? I'm looking to freshen it up while I have it off.
This is for a 2003 Jaguar STR

You can purchase all s/c rebuild items from Stiegiemier Performance and a few other remanufacturers. There's a low mileage s/c selling on E-Bay for $650.

I will call stiegiemier, prices look high. Does eaton sell a Kit? Any one have a part number for a kit? I called 4wheelparts which eaton shows is a distributer, 4wheel asked me for a part number.

I think Eurotoysltd sells a rebuilt unit...We have the model M112 but I believe there's different applications that are drastically different...

There's a twin screw S/C kit that's coming out sooner or later, last I saw, it said it would be out this summer at the EARLIEST...But if you think Steigiemier is expensive...Let's just say this S/C plus install will cost pretty close to the trade in value of a 03 STR...lol

FYI...If you want loud whine noise, you can opt to seal the silencer ports...There's another thread that details it that I'll dig up if you're interested...

I'm going to try to keep my unit, just do a few minor items before I put it back on. I found that thread on the ports, I'm going to weld them closed tomorrow.

would you guys suggest swapping out the knock sensor's while i have the charger off?

Keep her happy by keeping her cold with some nitrous... Seriously, apparently there isn't any service info from Jag...Yet you may want to look at the cobra/lightning forums and see if they recommend any routine maintenance for our Eaton M112...

My 03 STR has 125k on the clock and the blower still can blow like a cheap Singapore w$#^( (Whoa!). These M112's are both venerable and bullet proof. There are other outfits like Stieg's who can do just as good a job. Check-em out.

eaton lists this company as one of the main places in my state

Manufacturer of Supercharger kits, remanufactured superchargers and supplier of supercharger oil.

I'm guessing these rebuilders pry wont sell me origional parts.

When I called Manufacturer of Supercharger kits, remanufactured superchargers and supplier of supercharger oil. and told them I needed a M112 rebuilt they were willing to help me. As soon as I said jaguar they wanted nothing to do with me.

It's wise to change the SC oil. When is open to debate but looking at the Mustang guys running M90 and M112 blowers. I do it about every 60K miles. I get the fluid off EBay. It's a bit of a struggle to get the old fluid out but I use a spray bottle and remove the sprayer. Then stick the tube inside the oil fill port and start pumping away.

As always no room to work and you will spill oil so pack some rags in the front of the SC under the fill port to try and catch it.

The supercharger is much louder, I would guess its to the point where other motorists mite think there is some thing wrong with the car.

the heat from the weld warped the surrounding area which caused the rotor to bind. it took more work then expected to finish it up

Hopefully the blower isn't warped and works well considering the time and expense involved? Mine will be sent out for a rebuild/port/polish. Otherwise, good work and write-up 03xtype.

GM actually has a recommended SC oil change interval - 30K miles.
