Default Surge when shifting gears....

Once in a while I feel that push from behind when I am shifting when driving, I will feel it kick into the next gear and then there will be a slight push, not major but can def be felt with paying attention. I had the transmission serviced with new fluid and filter at 90k, I have 94 on the clock right now....

You have the Ford 5R55N box. Not a common problem but maybe low on fluid?
Make sure engine is happy (no codes) as a good way to upset an autobox is a misbehaving engine.

(The problem you mention is usually with the ZF box, so you side-stepped that!)
