Taking the dog for a walk

I sure hope this was a one-off photo op with the owners lifting the dog up onto the roof rack, snapping the photo, and then putting the dog back on the ground....
If I saw some clown actually driving around like this, I would get thrown in jail because I would pull the driver out of the car and beat the literal **** out of him....
