Default Temporary Bypass of Auxiliary Water Pump

I need to temporarily bypass my weeping auxiliary water pump until I source a replacement unit.

Can anyone tell me if the hoses are 5/8 inch or 3/4 inch?

Thanks.

+1 I believe metric - but why go in there twice - just go in the first time and swap the aux pump out w/ a new one and be done with it...

Sometimes, alas, life intervenes. In this case in the shape of a burst hot water service on my house. For some reason my family think it is more important to have hot water in the house then to NOT have boiling water coming out of my car. So if I can keep the car going safely by bypassing the aux pump, then so be it.
