Leather with piping was available.... there are quite a few S-Type brochures online if you hunt around. (Some I reposted here.)

All 07s & 08s came with OEM pipping...What I don't know is if different leather was an option in the earlier STR years or if could be ordered with a Vandan Plas package like non-STRs could...
