i have 22s on my 2000 s-type. its a different ride than the original size. you would have to have a rim no wider than an 8 1/2 or it will stick out from under the car. the tire size i recommend is 235-30-22. you could do 245-30-22 but u will have to roll the fender a little in the front due to rubbing. and you will definitely need to raise the car with coil spring lifters and that will take away from the smooth ride. trust me! alot of people wouldnt agree with big rims on cars but i come from a city where we have 28s on lincoln town cars and 26s on audi a8 and bmw 750li.
