Trying to locate parts for Bank 1 plug change

I'm having trouble finding the upper intake manifold gaskets at one of the local parts stores. I can get the coil packs and plugs. Do any of the chains have these upper manifold gaskets? I also want to know if I need to change the upper and lower breather elbows? I've been told I have to also remove the lower intake manifold to replace the lower elbow and I'm tying to avoid removing the lower manifold if I can since this is a spark plug change and maybe coil packs.
If you are taking off the intake manifold to do the plugs, only 4 bolts to take off the lower. Spend the extra 5 minutes to change the lower breather hose. You will be pissed if you have to take intake off again to do it.
Cant speak for anyone else carrying gaskets. Check with Genius or ken.

Can I remove the lower intake manifold without removing water hoses. I would consider it in that case since there are only 4 more bolts to remove, but I would like to try and avoid getting coolant on the top end if I can.
The only coolant hose you need to take off is the one from the expansion tank. Get a throttle body gasket and unbolt throttle body. That way you don't need to take off those hoses either. Just let it hang. Also you can put some vice grips on the hoses before you take them off if you go that way. I don't normally spill much taking off the intake. Oh, and it is the upper intake where you would spill coolant. The lower manifold is actually the fuel rail too. No coolant involved, just the 4 bolts. Well 5 if you count the one on the front holding the fuel line in place. Take that off and the 4 bolts holding lower manifold down, then you just pull it up enough to get the lower breather hose. Piece of cake.

no the lower intake that has the fuel rail and injectors .. has a mini harness that plugs into a big 10 or 12 pin connector behind the engine harness infront of the firewall.
Oh ok. Lost me there for a minute. Do you replace the harness ring when you take off the intake? I don't see any purpose for it other than to chaffe the harness so I throw em all out.
