Valve cover gasket
I'm installing new valve cover gaskets and I got the passenger side done just fine. I'm having trouble taking off the cover on the driver side. Can anyone help me. This bolt with the electronic coming out of it I think is what's holding me up.

That's either a sensor or switch and highly unlikely that it is clamping two parts together. You may find an increase in response rate if you identify whether you are working on the V6 or the V8? Do it once in your signature and be done with it. Also, by location=Washington, the reader assumes when you say "passenger side" you mean right and driver's side = Left, but it may be more clear to state what's what as the car was offered in both LHD and RHD versions.
All the bolts are off. I did the passenger side and you have to take the intake manifold off I thought that side is more difficult so I tackled that one first now I'm have trouble with the driver side
If all the securing bolts, are off it could be the stiction of the seal cover joint stuck to the cover/ cylinder head. It being baked or stuck on with sealant?? Try giving the cover a small, light tap (shear force) with something soft. The wooden end of a hammer handle to break the cover joint free.
Make sure you check the vacuum hose connection to the brake servo from the throttle body when you put the air manifold back on. I kinked mine as the nylon pipe got caught under the manifold and restricted the vacuum on the servo, making for interesting braking.

and if it's a MY2002 or prior (01 from signature?) then you should renew that elbow vacuum fitting as you already have the intake removed!
Agreed - just trace around the perimeter flange of the thing and if you've removed all the fixing bolts, it's just stuck on with surface tension - maybe someone's been there before and stuck it down with rtv.

I can't get this bolt off that has the electronic connected to it it's the only thing holding down the valve cover

That does not hold the cam cover down. That is an engine sensor that's threaded directly into the Aluminum. You are focusing on the wrong thing.
Your cam cover is most likely stuck as the guys above have told you. You need to pry up on the edge of the cam cover. It's possible the last repair was done using silicone and the cover might be glued down pretty tight.

Got the cover off. I changed all the valve cover gaskets new iridium spark plugs all new ignition coils. Put everything back just the way it was before I took it apart. Now when I start the car it has a weird sound coming from the left side drive side of the engine and has a rough idle. Once I start driving and the car warms up the sound isn't as loud and the rough idle that rumbles the whole car goes away. It's running a p1386 code and now I'm not sure what to do. I've been debating in taking the whole thing apart again but wanted to see if anyone could give me some advice. The car has 160k on the engine and oil changed every 3k with 5/30
