Default X200 A/C control module.

Been looking and searching on and off for days.

I read here constantly the issues with the printed circuit boards of the A/C control module on X202/204 cars.

I dont see any related to the X200 cars?.

Is the X200 different?, or does it NOT have that issue?.

Both mine are just fine, new taps recently, and fuse #1 on the Silver car sorted the "No heat" complaints.

Just asking, coz I like to know.

The older cars have a 5-port DCCV so maybe when it fails it doesn't fry the board or it's a different design.

Ah, yes, I do remember seeing 4 port versus 5 port taps on offer.

And that fuse #1 in the engine bay is also an X200 feature (that I can sort out), and it is for the tap centre 12v wire only.

I think that's a typo - later ones are 3 port, not 4.

For all Jaguar S Type and Lincoln LS cars there are only two styles of DCCV.
5 port and 3 port.

They vary by year and engine type V-8 or 6 cylinder.
