the is a thread on the .co.uk forum ( here Zx-1) about this product What is Extralube ZX1

Has anyone used it ?

Would you use it ?

Question number one should always be 'what problems are you trying to fix?' If the answer is 'none', question number two is 'what future problems are you trying to avoid?' Given that the engines are known to last the life of the cars without lubrication issues- there's no problems that need avoiding. Question number three- if this stuff did even half waht it promises, why don't the OEMs and oil companies jump on it as an easy way of improving their own products?

This stuff has all the making of classic snake oil- promises to keep bad things from happening. Things that wouldn't have happened anyway.
