I just heard about the new models that Jaguar is planning. Ratan Tata is reported to have approved the go ahead on them.

Jaguar XF Estate. Will also be available in the R series!!!

Jaguar XE. A completely new roadster for Jaguar. Standard engine will be the new 5.0 with and R version also available.

Sweet, but the XE is a photoshop. The chick is the same one in the first of the 2007 XK8 photos. Depending on who you are talking to, it's either the XE or E-Type. Either way, I want one.

I don't think that Jaguar needs an estate in its model line

 

Is the Estate model, some sort of wagonesque thing?

I'm diggin the louvers on that XE hood though!

 

Europeans love the estate cars. It didn't work in the U. S. with the X-Type. Jaguar is looking to compete with Mercedes and BMW with their estate cars.
