i too am up for it depending if it snows or not lol too much power rear wheel drive n summer tyres aint good in snow lol not sure about convoy either but defo up for it otherwise 28th dec not sure if i b sober enough by then lol

 

Yes I know this is an age off.. but I usually start things off quite a way in advance.. now I know winter is usually a dark grey sort of time of year with plenty of rain, wind, and bad weather leaving us little choice but to hunker down in front of a TV watching archived film clips of our favourite cars on TopGear..

In south east UK we don't do this - we organise our bi-annual Brighton convoy & meet!
It's a great chance for you to have a break from the Christmas rush and shopping and to have some time with great company, fantastic cars, a mug of tea and something to eat..
Depending on how many people are interested I will try to get something more organised if I can.. please note that with this being the Winter meet it is open to other marques - with a warm Jaguar welcome for everyone.

We are in Autumn officially now, and with winter coming this is the time to not only try to get your chips, scratches and paint damage sorted before the first frosts (in my case with school runs and two children it feels like a losing battle :-)), but also time to guarantee yourself at least one great day in the midst of the winter. Why not sign yourself up for the December event - our Bi-Annual Brighton Meet? It costs nothing to sign up for, nothing to come to, and I'll list up the parking costs, and fixed meal costs for a big breakfast before the day so you won't even have to break the bank or wonder if you need to bring any money.. The event even offers a choice of dates in December so if you only have select days you could make it, it could well be on that day if the majority is available that day.. go on.. you deserve a break from Christmas shopping, a big breakfast, and a great time with fellow Jaguar owners. Just a little bit of an update for you - as soon as we have finalised the date I will be sorting the fixed price meal deal for us, tying in with Harwoods Jaguar to see if Tony is able to attend and meet up with us with the latest showroom Jaguar he has for us to see, and tentatively, alongside organising a visit to a great little auto box repair shop in Brighton, am hoping to get them to come along to discuss any gearbox issues or questions people may have for them.
