Default seeking Jag/Jag-certified tech in Miami - anyone know someone??

Been on the forums a couple of months since I bought my first Jag - a '95 XJ6/X300. Now ready to do some serious work on it. I am in Miami and would like to do this with the right person, but at the same time avoid the ridiculous dealer charges. Anyone out there; or can recommend someone?? FJT I know you're out there in Boca, maybe you have some colleagues down here?? Otherwise I wouldn't mind the occasional drive up there, that's if youhave some time to spare - totally worth it!! Let's make something happen.

Kudos guys on the Orlando meet,.; couldn't make it due to some unavoidable circumstances. I'm back though now and up for anything in the SF area - we should get together sometime.

Greg.

I purchased a 2004 XK 8 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Also have a warranty-less 2004 X-Type and need an independent tech/repair resource. Alpine is too rich for me, and their quality is so-so based on the return visits to get things corrected. Appreciate the help.

Default South Florida Jag Tech Shop

I found Mitch at Jag Works in Pompano Beach. He's thorough, good bedside manner, and only does what is required. Actually tells you that you can put off some things, rather than scaring you with impending doom.
It's a packed small shop, so be prepared for him having your car a tad longer than he dealer does. There is an Enterprise rental spot down the road, so you can be on your way pretty quick. I highly recommend this establishment.
