WDS software in NJ

Do you still have the WDS software release JTP759/14 or later?
My 02 S-Type 3.0 (VIN M30908) recently started getting the P1388 code, and the Tech Bulletin S303-09 says the PCM needs to be programmed.
I would also like to get a few key FOBs (which are cut) programmed, so the buttons work.
I live about 45 min away in the Hudson Valley at the end of the Palisades Parkway near the Bear Mountain Bridge.
