There are some great loops up here. You could also try a combined Canada/USA loop.
I'd be happy to offer suggestions when the time gets closer.

So, to fit make this type run work, lets answer a couple questions...
1.) Are you proposing a one or two day visit?
2.) What are the two best months to visit (weather)?
3.) Do our northern brethren have a recommended route(s) or loops?

Just thinking out loud as to when and how to make this happen...

Vince, you should know that predicting our weather is tough at best, but August and September are the two best usually. Mountains will throw a wrench into any weather plans, though.

There are great loops up here, but they are long enough days from the Vancouver area without adding in the drive from Seattle.

I'll make up some maps and show you the best loops here.

While you are planning your trip, and would like to see the largest JCNA sanctioned gathering of of Jaguars in N. America, The Jaguar Car Club of Victoria is again hosting "Jaguars on the Island".
This year to be held July 25-27

Here is a link

An interesting thought.... Would be amazing to see, and perhaps worthy of a trip in itself.
Personally I live to experience great roads with amazing scenery over parking and walking about, but then, most that know me know I walk a slightly odd path anyhow!

Yup, so I think we should give strong consideration to making plans during your "best" times. We know further south can be more forgiving for other summer events...

There's nothing that says we have to always be Seartle-centric. We could set the run to start at 9:00 AM in Vancouver, and washington folk can figure it out. Alan comes down here a day early for these runs, so...

Edit: same goes for Portland if any Oregon folks want to jump in and plan a run.

Wouldnt that be awesome.... Maybe check out old McKenzie highway or Crater Lake, or some other concept like a coastal run!

Come on Oregon! Speak up!

I see this post is old, but I'd be down for a BC run in September.
