Default 2002 X-Type has multiple misfire codes and goes into limp mode when fueled up

I really could use some help, I’ve been trying to diagnose this for months and I’m totally lost. The codes that have come up are p1313, p1316, p0037, p0301, and p0355. The misfire sucks but is tolerable and sometimes seems to clear up for very small periods of time, 30 minutes of driving at the most. The biggest issue is when I put more than a gallon and a half of gas in the car it goes into limp mode and doesn’t come out of limp mode until the fuel light comes on at the red part of the fuel gauge. Any ideas would be appreciated I can’t find anyone who has had this issue online.

Battery light also randomly comes on but doesn’t affect anything when it does. Thought I should include that incase it could somehow be a battery issue

With those codes it's likely doing lots of damage to the cat(s). Maybe change the O2 sensor then see which code(s) remain.

I will look into getting one. The O2 sensor code did come after my flex pipe broke but it looks to be after the cat so I’m doubting it had to do with that. I was also looking at the battery voltage today and it was fluctuating between high 11 and low 12 volts which I know is not right for these cars so I am going to get a charge test done on the battery and alternator first since it’s free at oreillys near me

If the flexi is leaking at all it could upset the sensor.
