My 2003 jag had a battery changed recently. After the new install the cd and cassette are working both with sound but the radio sound only works when the car key is in the auxiliary position. When the car is running, the radio seems to work but no sound. Only the cd and the cassette have sound when the car is running.
Local auto stereo repair says tuner is shot and must be replaced.
Car service station that replaced the battery said it was the antenna connection in the rear end and they didn't work on that area.

Anyone got any ideas? I am certain both their solutions are incorrect.
