2004 X-Type trunk boot latch/catch won't lock
I bought my Jag used 3 years ago and the trunk has never locked. the latch moves by touch of finger but it will not latch. Cant find any schematics to see if I can take this apart and grease it, maybe locking latch is stuck? When it rains and I have the vehicle locked the alarm goes off cuz the trunk lifts a bit due to wind. ;-(
