Default Anyone have the jag rear entertainment system?

So far my default system has been using an iPad, but recently ordered the jag system mainly because it was so cheap from Nalley Jaguar- $127 shipped!

I have it now and wondering what people who have it installed think about it. I am getting it installed by my local dealer. Even with installation the whole set up comes to around $500 for me.

For anyone with an installed system, are the wires all fully concealed from the monitors to the control unit?

Just curious....

I decided to defer installing the system. Not sure it makes sense. Since I got it for so cheap $127 shipped, I'll keep it in storage. So now I have this, the sable leather Momo shift knob and jaguar pedal covers ( I got the XK ones) as unused accessories. Sad thing is that they are all top quality in fit and finish.

I fitted the OEM rear entertainment last weekend.

If you do the install properly, all the wiring is hidden, and it looks fantastic.

Even though it's a pain to install, i'd recommend to do it.

Looks nice. I had second thoughts mainly because of the following:

1. The headrest color does not match exactly, although the trim level is supposed to be the same.

2. The system I use is an iPad + Bose noise canceling headsets. Plus I already set up my car with an always on mifi system (charger and mifi units are in the glove box). So this would be definitely a lower image quality and number of wires are the same. I expected the monitors to have a higher resolution.

But I still have it and may install it for pure aesthetic reasons at some point.
