Auction bought Jag

So I bought a jag at a car action and this is the problem it’s eating oil and stuff what can I do to fix it and would could be wrong with it runs ruff and having a hard time figuring it out need help It has 200k on it

Is it leaking or burning the oil?

2003 jag x type

How to un gum this engine this would be the cause for a misfire I’m assuming also probably need to replace the EGR valve and a new plugs and wires
