Bluetooth phone
Hi guys,
My X type gives "No phone" when press phone button. That means there no phone module . So my question is could it be easy install the module as plug and play as DIY or needs professional installation. If someone have a good write up would be much appreciated. Thanks

yes easy add, you need the mic to go in the roof near the light module, the loom from the boot to the rear seat, a bluetooth phone module its a silver metal box that goes in the boot cage for the dvd/cd player, and a btum unit to plug into the loom to act as txrx for the bluetooth signal.

LPg, Dell and DC would like to thank each one of you. I found a Microphone in the dome light Stuff and i think that means wires are already equipped in this car. But there is no Bluetooth or Voice activation module as well. Let me start with factory stuff then will think about cheaper aftermarket. Thanks again guys
