Brake Bleed ?
Hello, I just got done replacing all 4 rotors with pads and 2 rear calipers. I know some air was introduced into the system. I have flushed the old fluid out and bleed with the RR, LR, RF, LF sequence using a Motive power bleeder but still have a horrible brake pedal feel as it still goes near the floor.
I have been getting solid fluid now at all calipers for at least 5 seconds straight. I cracked the lines at the ABS module to bleed Master cyl lines 1 & 2 and the lines for each of the 4 calipers.
I had read in another Jag model forum on here that pivoting the calipers so that the brake bleeder was pointing straight up helped to get the last bit of trapped air out of the caliper bore.
Have any of you found this to be helpful? I am going to get started on it tonight after work.
Than you!

You are following the recommended wheel sequence given in JTIS although I'm not convinced the order the wheels are bled makes a difference.
I've used a similar kind of power bleed equipment (Gunson) to the Motive Power Bleeder you used and it is efficient at flushing clean fluid through the system.
However, I wasn't happy with the resulting pedal 'feel' and went round the wheel sequence again using the traditional 'two man' method with a bleed tube immersed in a jar of brake fluid. We also had the pedal pusher hold the pedal down for a full five seconds after each pump. The result was a normal pedal feel.

Gravity bleeds are also reported to work well.
Hello I did have my wife assist with the two person method. Though there is still air in the system. I did not get to mess with the car tonight....needed to address my hot water heater as we had no hot water. Will keep you all posted. Thanks for the replies.
