Default Cant get lower air control valve out!?!?

I just received my o rings that go around the leaking upper and lower air control valves. I got the upper one out and replaced no problem but the lower one hits something when im pulling it out not and not allowing it to come out??? Is there a trick to this? Thanks everyone!

just cut the old one and slip the new one on carefully over the imt so it doesn't snap

So should I just pull the lower control valve out as far as I can cut the original o ring and try to strech the new one over it to get it on????

Alright it worked I just stretched the new seal over the IMT and cut the old one off. All sealed up now!
