Default Car not driving well after driveshaft replacement

Hi . I'm looking for some advice on this issue please. I replaced the drivers side driveshaft and lower ball joint however when I put it back together, it felt very different. I felt that the steering wheel was not in the straight ahead position by about 20 degrees or so and it felt a little disconnected from the road. I decided not to drive the car until I could find out what has happened . Any suggestions welcome.

I would go back over your work. Make sure everything looks right and is tight.

If you do not find anything have an alignment shop take a look at it.

Thanks Larry for the advice. I had a look again and it appears that the outer track rod end has failed. The bolt and nut are spinning together. I am going to replace this and then review the situation. The other side will of course need to be done too.
