Default Click when going round bends.

I hear a "click" when going round slight right hand bends. It appears to be coming from the back or front nearside door area.It just sounds like the door is locking/unlocking but nothing is visible and I can't find anything loose rolling around - any ideas please?

Is it a click or is a pop? I am thinking that maybe you have some rear suspension bushings that need to be looked at. My car used to pop when going around hard turns before I replaced my front lower control arms for the rear wheels.

No it's more of a click. It's a bit like something is acting like a pendulem and hitting as it happens on the slightest of turns and doesn't require much centrifugal force, it's also not very loud. It's also consistent in volume and no louder whether it's a gentle turn or a sharp bend. It seems to be coming from inside the car or the doors and not outside.

I'm going to go out on a limb, and suggest that maybe you are hearing the front CV joint(s)..That is usually the tell-tale sound..

I agree with DPK, I have heard that telltale sound many times. Believe it or not we turn right more than left for some reason, at least thats what they say.

I think you are probably right. I took the car to a garage and they put it up on the ramp. There is an arm that slopes down from the chassis to the back wheel and when they pulled the wheel there was play on it where it joins the chassis + on another bush nearer the wheel had play. Is this a big expensive job as I can't do it myself?
