Hi all,

I know this will be a stupid question to you all but how do I know if my wing mirrors are supposed to fold in?

I have just bought it and everything seems to say yes, fuse board manuals etc, but they don't is it an extra that I don't have?

 

Do you have a switch for them? It should be on the door right next to the adjustment switch. If not, no folding mirrors.

 

Dohhh, Okay I don't have folding mirrors !! Didn't know to look for a button. Such an easy obvious answer. Although my wife's car has folding mirrors with no button.

 

If you ask them nicely, your Jaguar Dealer will do a print out of your vehicle details from the Direct Dealer Warranty System.

This lists the full specification and options as it left the factory.

Very useful for finding out exactly what options are fitted. The Owner's Handbook covers all the available options and can be misleading when you look for something that isn't actually fitted to your vehicle!
