Default Door lock actuator help!

Replacing the last door lock actuator today on my driver's door. Removing it and reinstalling the new actuator was easy enough but upon putting the door panel back on it seems like the wire connecting the door lock to the actuator is too taught? It won't lock and unlock by hand now and resists any movement..? What is this due to? I keep fiddling with it to try and fix it with the door panel off but it doesn't seem to be working. Also i tries locking the door with my FOB and my drivers door kept locking and unlocking repeatedly forever very fast. ODD help please!

Before getting to crazy over the drivers door open/close you might want to check the passenger door for proper operation. The doors have to lock in sequence. Drivers door passenger front, passenger rear and then passenger driver side. If the passenger door is not lockiing it will automatically unlock the drivers door. Same for passenger if the passenger rear is not locking the passenger door will cycle.
Just carefully review your installation and check the passenger door.

okay quick update, the lock actuator is working fine now and the car locks properly, but I've hit a snag again of course haha. From inside the car now the door won't open! It feels as though the cable it too taught, like there's no more slack with which to open the door from the inside. Exterior handle works fine no issues, but from the inside it feels like it's too tight, I can't figure out why.

Again the lock is functioning perfectly, but the interior door handle cannot open the door now, i can pull it back but the resistance is heavy and it will not open the door.

Could this be the cable being run from the lock to the actuator incorrectly? Could it be the rods that connect to the exterior door being too tight? Help please anything will be useful especially if you have had this before.
