hi turn key to position 2 blows ignition fuse straight away also boot lid wont open

 

Terry, what year vehicle are we looking at here? I will look at the diagrams and help you out. If you would, also include the number of the fuse that is always blowing. That will help ensure I am looking at the correct circuit and able to get to the source of the problem in short order.

NOt to get off track, but was there some maintenance/fixes that were done to the car recently? It may be that some wires got moved and that will be the source of your problem.

 

hi thanks for your time year is 04 xtype diesel fuse that is blowing is number 31 ignition switch .i have put a new ignition switch on three weeks ago .as i said in thread boot lid wont open now
