I've moved your post to the X Type section where you should get a better response, please post an intro in the new members section when you can.

 

If you are getting code P1316 you should also be getting one or more codes between P0300 to P0306. Depending on what is coming up will tell you what cylinder has the miss. Could be fouled or worn plugs, issues with coils or manifold gaskets that need to be replaced. That would be the most logical place to start.

 

P1316 does not mean emission missing.
