Default Engine Misfiring

I have a 2002 X-type w/ 88k on it. I recently changed the spark plugs and i noticed that my gas mileage was not as good as it was before the change. I thought i might have not gapped them properly or i had knicked an electrode. So i pulled them out and put the app605 plugs in and now its idles rough. The engine has a little shake at idle, the power is reduced and my mileage has gone down significantly. I pulled the codes and got p0301, p0306, p1316; which is a misfire on cylinder 1 and 6, and misfire is causing incorrect emissions. What is the problem? Do i need new coils or a new sensor? Thank you for all your help.

Ryan
