I've seen some that have done it on the UK based forum, most of us are in the US here and we didn't get the 2.1.

Looks like you'd need to fab up a downpipe, but everything else should be bolt-on!

Got mine done by a local custom fabricator, 2.0D, but same hidden pipe as the 2.1, much better!! Must be someone local in Kiwi land that could do something similar, stainless by the way!!

I have the facelift model, dont know if you got them in NZ, the lower valance I got from SNG Barratt, only £25.00UKP, quite cheap really!! it is the valance from the 2.6/3.0 petrol model, straight swap for mine, that had no cutouts!!

I've also done this on my 2.2D, I fitted a 2.5/3.0 valance with the arches in it and had a custom rear section made up so I have a Y join by the rear wheels and a pipe to either side same at Euan T. The space is there and I'm sure a performance car place can do this for you.

Here is the "joint" in mine!! The fitter made it connect to the front section as normal, so I can fit a standard front section if required, but I wont!! next job is S/S front section with small silencer and De-Cat, quoted £200
