The seal on one of my fog lights broke and started leaking water and moisture inside. Anyway, I got a used on eBay but when I went to install it, it wasn't the correct part. Seems like Jaguar changed the part completely (along with the bumper mount) possibly 2004.5 and up.

Just wanted to share this bit of info so you don't run into the same problem as I did.
