Default fuel trims

i still havnt figured out how to interpret fuel trims... im working my way through a P0420 code (another thread).
im trying the replacement 02 sensor route first.
i tool a short video of my fuel trims but i dont know what they are saying...can you decipher?.
halfway thru the vid i scroll down as there are 2 blocks of numbers which may or may not be pertinent.
i'll take another vid when other sensor is in
thanks

Instead of taking vids, read some of the threads about fuel trims. Far more use.

some people come here as they like the back and forth of online information.

some people "trust" the info given by "certain" users of this forum

some people find it hard to learn from a blick of text without the ability to ask questions

some people only use a smartfone which can make searching pretty tedious especially with old eyes

some people understand that other people like to be of service and help others...whereas some people just like to make dumb troll comments

i get a feel for what you are doing here

Some people would rather waste their time making vids of dubious or no value instead of reading existing useful information.

The X-Type uses the same control system etc as the S-Type. That's something you could have found out by reading instead of posting.
