Question How to adjust the jet wash of the windshield? FIXED

I own a X-Type 2.5 V6 of 2001. I'm very happy with my jaguar, but I have to fix some things.
The jets of the washer nozzles on the hood go on the roof rather than on the windshield. Please, can anyone tell me how to adjust them?

I had an 87 Porsche and the nozzles were adjustable using a straight pin. It is my understanding they are not adjustable on the Jag. Make sure they are properly seated in the hood.

Thanks for the answer. Actually a note of the handbook says that "the windscreen wiper jets and headlamp washer jets are not adjustable". However, I will try with a pin.

Before you try to adjust anything and break it, try cleaning them. I've had other cars washers get partially clogged up, with the result being an improper spray pattern. Reaming out the hole with a strand of thin wire was usually enough to restore proper operation.

I was able to adjust the washers on my '07 Xtype with a straight pin. A little movement make a big change in direction of the spray. Highway speeds change the direction of the spray also so you should take a ride before your done with the adjustment. Jack

I finally solved the issue. I used a syringe, hot water, vinegar, a needle and lots of patience. At first I injected hot water several times, both in the nozzles and around them. Then I injected the vinegar. So I injected hot water again. Finally with a needle I managed to adjust the two nozzles.
And to think that the handbook is written that the nozzles are not adjustable!!!
Thanks to all
