I'm confused as to what panel you mean. The door panel?

Pull the lower of the back seats up ( good pull up from the front). Then two large tox bolts hold the rear seat on(Large bracket, easy to see). When removing the backrest lift up and towards yourself. Once the backseats are out you need to remove the rear side plastics (Clips and screws if I remember correctly). Then undo any screws holding down the piece you want to remove (Remember to remove the vents and other plastics tht are in that rear panel). Jobs a good'n! (I had to do this when adding rear sensors to my dads car and that is where the beeper is hidden.)

My bad, the thumbnail wouldn't load to a bigger pic yesterday (for whatever reason).

l17led got it right. If you don't have any soft-pry tools, now is the time to pick them up.
