Looks great again!

I've noticed two things:

- The AWD and R-type badge are not at the same height. any reason for this?

- Your car is a 2006, yet they fitted the old style chrome trim piece, with the button visible?

You must be very glad to get it back, hope you enjoy it!

Good for you MeeMo. Glad to see you have it back. I know the feeling, the body shop had mine for about 2 months. It was a long 2 months! I like the new tips better than the old ones.

Welcome back!! That looked like a nasty one. Must feel like you are driving a new car after all this time. Hope it feels and runs as good as it looks.

the (R) and the AWD badge are not the same height because i am geting the X-TYPE badge to fit above the AWD badge , as for the old style chrome trim piece , i got the my trunck from a 2003 x-type .

many thanx to all of you guys , i hope nothing bad happen to your X-types , wishing a fun and safe drive to all of you .

I see

The painted lower part which houses the parking sensors is a nice touch too!
Was it a lot of work to get it smooth enough for painting?

MeeMo, great to have you both back. Your rear park assist sensors appear to be color matched to the trim piece. How'd that come about?

yeah after the accident they stoped working , i'll get some aftermarket park assist maybe with a rear camera view because they are really expensive in the dealer.

MeeMo, I looked all over and in your older posts but I can't find what tips you've used. What are they and do you have any closer shots of them?
