Default I'm ordering a set of these....

for the X-Type within the next couple of days. I'm getting them in 18x7.5 with a 40mm offset.

What do you guys think? How far to flush will the wheels be to the fenders?

Those will look nice what color do you have of x I'd imagine black...Where do you live at? My wheels have a similar lip on the wheel. They looked good last fall before the winter hit first sight of salt on them and they were toast! I'd imagine you have your stock set of wheels though...Black would be nice because they'll be easier to clean! They'd look nice on a black x.....

How you like cleaning those Rudy? Do you keep them on in this Michigan weather?

Actually, in that respectthey DO suck. The flatpolished part of the rim is always dirty with either dust or mud. Oh well, the price you pay.....

I always prefer polished rims to brushed not just for rims but also watches .

I like chrome...my problem with the rims that I have rudy is that the freaking spokes of the rim bow out towards you and block you from being able to clean them! I like to keep it simple with 5 spokes with lots of solid areas to clean! Your rims look nice but man I would not want to clean them! He'd probably have better luck with his being black (if it gets them)

Mine are easy to clean, they look more wide open than yours, Aquill. I can wrap my fingers around the spokes with a wash mitt on. The finish is awesome, hardly any brake dust sticks to them.

Okay well the E-22's are back ordered for 6-8 weeks, so I picked my second favorite rims. The Zinik Minardi in Black. These will be alittle easier to clean.

Aquill, I live in Tampa so salt and snow are not an issue for me.

I've also added a pic of the car. I've since tinted the windows 15%. I cant wait to get these wheels on! They should be here Monday. WooHoo! I dont have the car lowered yet, but I want to soon.

I'm getting 18's with Nankang tires. 225/40-18

I was weary about the tires, but have read good reviews, so I'll try them. I was more worried about having a quiet tire, then a sticky tire.

Wish they had those in chrome! They are a little more than what I would want but for the price you can't go wrong! The other ones they did have are 5 spoke with 2 spokes coming from those 5...they'd suck to clean but they look decent especially for the money!
