My x type 2.1 petrol jag runs and starts fine but , when I turn my ignition key there is this high pitched noise coming from inside the cabin.
I,m not sure if its from the back or front of the car. The noise lasts for about 7 seconds then stops and this is without the engine running.
Could it be a warning the battery is getting low?
I've had the jag over 3 years and she has had no problems at all until now.
