Jaguar X-Type fans problems (2008)

I just recently put new fans, coolant sensor and fan relay. Car works great without AC as soon AC its on fans, they slowly loose intensity and shots off
and begins to over heat. What is the problem?

Most likely if you replaced the fan control module with one of the cheap asian ones, therin is the problem.
