Default Lost or stolen key how to manually remotely unpair

If you lose a key or if it is stolen how can you remotely unpair it so that the original key cannot access the car anymore

I am pretty sure that when you program the new key it uses a new code so the old key cant be used.
Thermo will be along in a minute!

Once the new key is CUT to match the ignition switch you will have to have both keys present during programming. The key transponders from previous will be deleted and the transponders for the existing key and they new key will coded into the SCLM. This is done by the dealer or a locksmith with the necessary software.
