Default Misfire on 3 and 5

Hello I am new to the forum, i have a 2004 xtype with the 3.0. Had a spark plug shoot out of cylinder 5, used a helicoil and new plug and new coil on cylinder 5. Also changed all the plugs and also coil on cylinder 3. After changing valve cover gaskets and intake gaskets along with plugs and some coils. Checked compression while I was there and compression seems to be fine. After replacing everything and getting it back going go for a test drive and seems to drive great. At slower acceleration around 30mph the light starts to blink and a slight hesitation is felt. With the scan tool still connected I can clear the light and put my foot into it and it drives like a race car. Slow down and start to accelerate moderately and the light goes back to blinking but does not stay lit. I've check wires and everything seems to be the way that it should be. I need some help in any other direction to look at. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Some simple things but important none the less:

Did you change the the spark plug wires, seat them properly at both ends? Did you gap the plugs? Normally they are pre gapped but I always check to be sure, you never know.

Take the wire, coil pack and plug from 3 and swap it with another cylinder (not 5), clear the code and drive and see where the misfire ends up at. if it changes cylinders then you have narrowed it down and you can find it easier.

If coil packs are new then they are probably good so I would suspect the plug wire or plug.

I would also make sure the wires for the fuel injectors are secure too.

If the MIL is flashing, catalyst damage is occurring! DO NOT operate the vehicle under conditions that cause the MIL to flash. Find and correct the misfires or the result is DTCs P0430, which requires replacement of the catalyst for Bank2.
