Hi all /me waves
My jag has been thru the wars recently with the transmission completly dieing and needing rebuilt (thank god for extended warranty or it would have been near $7k) But my current problem is my driver side (US) front side headlight has gone on the fritz (i personnally blame the trannie people for messing up the wiring) any who. My mechanic jerry rigged up a system but said it was the "LH Headlight Electric module" and i need to get a replacement so he can fit it (he cant source the part without costing me a fortune) so i was wondering since ive missplaced my JTIS could anyone tell me a part number. or a link to where i can find it. Hell ill go for a picture of what it looks like and where it is in the car at this point.
Thank you muchly

It could be the headlamp levelling motor(module)which is fitted to the back of the headlamp behind the bulb cover which is held on with 2 metal spring clips. This motor is for adjusting the headlamp beam up and down and I think has a connector with 3 wires.
do you need a HID MODULE FOR YOU HEADLAMPS...?? i have several. and you can't find them anywhere.. it's alittle silver metal box under the headlamp assembly. ill sell you one

well you said something about leveling motors which only comes with HID so i assumed it had HID .. which it probably does.
and he doesnt say anything about having a washer jet or not.

"LH Headlight Electric module" is vague, but it does sound like he's talking about the HIS ballast. In case it helps, here are some part numbers for all the 'modules' linked to the headlight system (prices are as published, and may change):
Igniter, HID Bulb: C2S-15084, $93.65 -- this is the bit that clips onto the back of the dipped beam bulb.
Module, Power: C2S-15079, $246.75 -- this is the silver ballast unit that screws under the lamp assembly.
Motor, Adjuster: C2S-15089, $86.60 -- this is the adjustment stepper motor.
Module, Adjuster: C2P-2638, $138.65 -- this is the adjustment motor controller (fits in the cabin under the dash).
None of those parts are handed L/R.
How did the mechanic rig it so it currently works? That would suggest it probably isn't one of the first two items above, and it is unlikely you would have noticed the final two anyway so we need to know the symptom to determine what is likely to be at fault.
