RE: Oil Filter????
hi, I just did my oil last weekend and as the other guys have said you will need close to 6 litres. The thing I got stuck on was my filter wrench has a handle that wraps around the side; there's no room to manouver it. I had to go and get the type of wrench that grabs the filter by the end, before I could get it off (whoever did it before my had over tightened it). Also I think K&N does an oil filter that has a hex head on the end that you can tighten or remove just with a socket.

RE: Oil Filter????
Well i guess it was a success. I put in Mobile 1 Synthetic oil. About 6 bottles. But after finishing up i took the car to the local shell to put air in the tires. (What exactly is the recommended amount of air for a 2003 x-type with 16 inch rims?) When i went arount the car i saw smoke pouring out of the crevices and grill. And the reason was because oil dripped on the exhaust pipe. I should have put the filter box to cover it, but i was in a hurry :/. Great experience.

The problem is, the car has Michelin tyres in the back and on the passenger side, and contental on the drivers side. So if i put it to the max but a few psi less. They all have different max ratings They are all differnt. I need to get the contental replaced soon so than they will all be michelin.
