Default P0340 code

Hello

Just cleared a check engine light with my scanner and got the above code so I was wondering if there are one or two downstream o2 sensors and also if the Bosch ones on rock auto are good replacements. I was going to replace them first since the age and mileage but my next question is if the cats are indeed bad can I just put some universal hi flow cats on or is it a Jaguar only cat.

Cheers

Got my jagbits order--upper/lower gaskets, imt gaskets, new pcv valve and updated hose and my iridium plugs everything went in without a hitch in a couple hours cleared the codes and the car runs great--even had to replace the three bolts on the back of the manifold but was easy to take off

Cheers

Ok, code 430 came back so I put a set of Denso O2 sensors (downstream) on and this was the fix--the rear O2 sensor was some kind of bitch(even up on my rotary lift), the front was was easy.

Cheers
