Positive battery cable wiring

Positive battery cable wiring
There are two wires coming from the fuse box harness and are run along with the Power cable to the fuse box from the battery. These two wires are coming out of the fuse box harness, taped up with the fuse box power cable, exit about midway beneath the battery box, and have a two wire connector on the end. I cannot see where this connector goes, and it appears it was not plugged into anything when I started to remove the cable. What are these wires for?

Mgallard,
I think what you are referring to is the Battery Isolation Device . . .
See the following link for the information you may need. NO worries - It does not connect to anything!

Thanks guys! got it all put back together (replacing all parts of the positive and negative cables) and my alternator light does not come on randomly, the car actually shifts better (I sanded the ground surfaces on the transmission and the frame before landing those wires). My suspicion is there are a host of electrical "problems" that are related to poor grounding.
