Default Powertrain malfunction

I just replaced the knock sensor and spark plugs on my 2004 2.5 with manual transmission. When I started the car I got a powertrain malfunction light. I was sure I put it all back together without missing anything but obviously something went wrong. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Default

I ran the codes and got a 2 of P0122, 2of P0222 and 1 of P1000. When I clear the codes one of each still remains. When I start the car and check the codes again I get the same 5 codes.

I solved the problem. There was a bent pin at the throttle body connection. It was barely noticeable but was enough to cause a lack of contact.
