Default rear pass window stops at 3/4

02 sport. The rear pass window wont go down the last 3"-4". Is that the motor going bad, regulator or something else?

resolved: the magnet came off the factory speaker and was stuck to the door

seems to me that your regulator has gotten jammed. I would just pull the panel and make sure nothing has gotten snagged somewhere it shouldn't be in there. If you need a new regulator, ebay, or rockauto

My right, rear window will not go down "automatically." My mechanic tells me I need a new memory for my motor (?). So, are you holding down the button until it goes all the way down or are you experiencing my situation? Hope this helps. Thanks. New Member Bill in Wooster OH

Let us know what is causing it. Post photos. Wire not winding up on the drive pulley?

I'm not sure if this is anything like the "auto up" function, but after I disconnected my battery to install my ACM a couple of my windows "forgot" how to go up automatically.

This is what I did to fix it:

1) Fully close the window
2) Press and hold down the button until the window fully opens
3) Pull the button up and hold it until the window fully closes
4) Repeat step 2
5) Pull the button up once like you do when you want it to auto close, hold it for 3 seconds or so
6) Try using the auto close and it should work

Maybe something similar to this could fix your auto down feature

Unfortunately, for your case it sounds like a bad piece of hardware somewhere, especially if you can't even fully open the window "manually" (i.e. holding down the switch)
