Hello

My 7 year old X-Type has no actual Navi-DVD anymore. I have installed the Version 2011/2012.

By lack of a newer original DVD I a looking for a workaround. Last week I had 3 addresses who are not in the DVD.
My question is if an Ford DVD for the Mondeo MK3 will work in the X-Type? Has anyone experience?

I am really pi..ed off that a premium reseller as Jaguar doesn't have a better after sales, to support their clients with actual versions of the DVD.

I don't want to fit a tomtom or a smartphone as a replacement for the Navi

Any Idea?

I swapped my nav dvd with a guy who drives Mk3 Mondeo and his dvd worked in my car and mine in his so they are changeable both ways.
