I am thinking about getting another set of good rims for my 03 X Type. The ones in use now are stock but getting a little beat up and I was going to use them for a set of winter tires.

I am in Canada and some of the quotes I have been getting are OUTRAGEOUS, but I am going down to the US in September and will be there for a couple weeks, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where to get and what type.

Leaving from Winnipeg to Louisville, Kentucky. Will either be driving through S. Dakota, to Kansas City, St. Louis, Louisville or the Minneapolis, Chicago, Indianapolis route, haven't decided. In any event, I will be in Louisville for about 10 days and could have shipped to me there to drive back. The shipping from the US to Canada on an item like this is beyond unreasonable.
